Tom Thumb Fisherman's Cottages
Tom Thumb Cottages were originally Fisherman's Cottages. They were built about 250 years ago for Eastbourne fishermen. They are in a quiet street, one turning from the sea-front. The local "seaside" shops are round the corner & Eastbourne town centre is just a 5 minute walk. Parking is unrestricted in the streets nearby.
The attractive period cottages are sypathetically modernised yet retain the delightful Old World charm. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs, a twin & a double, sleeping up to 4 persons. Downstairs on the ground floor are the shower, hand basin & toilet, lounge/diner with TV & radio, kitchen with full size cooker, microwave and fridge. The cottages are fully equipped and have electric heaters. Central heating is available for out of season use.
The cottages have their own rear courtyards with picnic table.
We regret the cottages are unsuitable for people in wheelchairs and we do not accept smokers or pets.
Personally supervised by the owners, Barbara & Roger Clark.
Tom Thumb cottages are full of Old World charm with amenities perfect for your holiday in Eastbourne.
